Officers seek fugitive Officers Seek Brian Brown who failed to register as a sex offender

FBI'S MOST WANTED Brown

A law enforcement task force is asking for help in finding a man accused of parole violation after serving prison time for a sexual battery conviction and failing to register as a sexual offender.

Brian Brown, 41, was charged with the parole violation by the Ohio Adult Parole Authority. The Cuyahoga County Sheriff's Office issued an arrest warrant for Brown for failing to register as a sexual offender.

His conviction was based on sexual contact with an underage girl over a period of approximately two years, authorities said.

Brown is white, 5 feet 10, 155 pounds and has sandy brown hair and green eyes. He is known to have lived in Strongsville and Brunswick and may have friends in those areas, authorities said.

Anyone with information regarding Brown or other fugitives, is urged to call the Cleveland/Cuyahoga Fugitive/Gang Task Force at 216-522-1400. Identity of callers will remain confidential. Reward money is available.

The task force consists of members of the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's Office, FBI, Cleveland Police Department, Ohio Adult Parole Authority and the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority Police Department.

Its goal is arresting fugitives charged with such crimes as homicide, bank robbery, robbery, kidnapping, rape/sexual assault, felonious assault and arson.
