Cops: Internet Predator Travels Cross Country To Meet With Teenager

When an Illinois State Trooper saw a car on the side of the road with its emergency lights flashing, in June of 2002, he stopped to offer help.

That's when he noticed the male driver and a female passenger switch seats by climbing over each other. He asked the young woman behind the wheel for her drivers license, and she told him she didn't have one.

But when he searched the car, the trooper found her ID. It was from a high school in Utah. She was 15 and that's when the real story came out.

Cops say the man in the car - Frantz Dieudonne - met the girl online and drove from New Jersey to have sex with her. Now, he was taking her back to his home.

According to officials, Dieudonne traveled from Pennsylvania to Utah from November of 2001 to May of 2002 to have sex with the 15-year-old minor.

Dieudonne was arrested and charged, but he bailed out and disappeared before his court appearance. Now, cops are trying to track him down.
